Storage – Helmets should be stored at ambient temperature out of direct sunlight. Do not subject the helmet to temperatures above 50 Celsius or below -20 Celsius. Do not store it in a plastic bag before it is dry.

Cleaning – Clean the interior using Charles Owen helmet cleaning products, foamed detergents or shampoo and water. Vacuum dry the lining. Use the minimum amount of water. With any cleaning agent, test a small section to establish any allergic reaction. Do not dry in front of a fire or a radiator. Helmets should not be dry cleaned or exposed to solvents.
